Created a successful partnership with HCHC Foundation in a $2M capital campaign.-- Successfully led initiative for operational lease with the passage of a public vote in 2021, improved operating margin by 10%.-- Developed and strengthened the Board of Trustees’ education and relations for strategic planning, advocacy, and navigating challenges of rural health care.
