CurrentLenderful Solutions is a software company providing advanced point-of-sale lending solutions to banks and credit unions. I am responsible for all aspects of the software business including business development, product design and management, software development, customer success and personnel.- Developed the approach to take all products to market including defining the target market, sales materials, marketing messaging and demo process; performed all initial sales interactions resulting in 20+ customers using 40+ products- Expanded our product offering by designing every new product and writing business and technical requirements; consists of 11 new loan types from Home Equity to Reverse Mortgages - Performed role of Development Team Manager and QA Analyst which produced 100’s of successful software releases- Performed role of Customer Support & Success Manager where our customer retention rate is 95% over the past 5 years- Despite staff reductions, managed the pandemic downtime through daily interaction and a plan to develop additional products resulting in two new offerings and a stable workforce for 4+ years- Addressed sales limitations by developing and executing a partnership program that has signed 5 strategic partners which account for ~50% of sales
