My team lead work to develop and implement the Strategic Plan for the IOPC. We are responsible for developing a single transformational plan which we call the One Plan and programme of activity across the organisation that delivers our strategic priorities and our ambition to be a great IOPC. We also perform the Enterprise PMO, Project Management.

Implemented staff led improvement programme of key service delivery processes resulting in average six week reduction investigation time, completed 717 investigations 30 more than opened resulting in best ever performance.

The Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) oversees the police complaints system in England and Wales and sets the standards by which the police should handle complaints. It is independent, making its decisions entirely independently of the police and government.I am the Deputy Director responsible for improving operations within the Commission.

Leading deployment of continuous improvement and corporate risk and assurance re-design into UK Government Dept. As Delivery Unit Assistant Director I helped introduce the new unit tasked with ensuring delivery of the Secretary of State's policy priorities.
