Throughout 2014 and until my end date (July 1st), I participated in a number of merger projects to facilitate the handoff of OfficeMax operation to associates in Florida.

This project was awarded the CIO's Innovation Award (presented February 2010).

Team responsibilities included: Content Management (Print and eCommerce); Pre-Production - Print Catalog; Digital Asset Management; Post Production/Pre-Press - Print Catalog.My primary responsibilities included managing and coordinating activities of the Advertising Support team across departments and processes; engineering and support of the content management platform (Pindar CMS) for print catalogs and eCommerce; engineering and support of the department Digital Asset Management platform (Extensis Portfolio); designing and imaging the corporate Macintosh OS image; deploying patches, updates and new software; OS desktop and application support.During this time Boise acquired and merged with OfficeMax and from 2004 to 2006 I participated in a number of merger projects to facilitate folding in OfficeMax operations to Illinois.Prior to relocation to a new combined headquarters, the Advertising department was reorganized and I was moved to IT.
