I am currently working in partnership with YOUNG 'N LA / BLOOM; Building A Lifetime Of Options and Opportunities For Men project. As a Career Advisor I am working in partnership to empower our Young men, 14 to 18 years of age, some referred by Probation, through a series of professional development workshops, work experience, and a host of other activities geared toward preparing the next generation for success. In addition, I assist adults who have barriers to employment to prepare and find work through providing free training and work experience. Attach flyer below.
Develop trusting and open relationship with participants while providing individualized and/or group employment preparation and job placement services intended to assist enrolled participants with rapid attachment to the workforce.

To provide direct services to program participants, including job preparation, job coaching, and job placement services. Also support the WCD department in understanding legislative and political initiatives. Serve as a company representative at advocacy events.
