CurrentReporting to the Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor and Rotating Equipment Engineering Team, responsibilities are inclusive of but not limited to: • Leading the condition monitoring team and program to deliver the condition based maintenance strategy in a safe, efficient and effective manner.• Working closely with the planning and scheduling teams utilising Maximo to create and improve condition monitoring/maintenance PM strategies and provide long and short term schedules, making them… Show more Reporting to the Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor and Rotating Equipment Engineering Team, responsibilities are inclusive of but not limited to: • Leading the condition monitoring team and program to deliver the condition based maintenance strategy in a safe, efficient and effective manner.• Working closely with the planning and scheduling teams utilising Maximo to create and improve condition monitoring/maintenance PM strategies and provide long and short term schedules, making them more efficient and effective.• Provide condition based maintenance, commissioning, start-up & asset management services to Shell QGC on their midstream LNG rotating equipment and static assets.• Providing System 1 Evolution offline & System 1 online vibration analysis, equipment commissioning & acceptance testing, equipment & system troubleshooting & modification, oil analysis, thermography, structural, piping & small-bore fitting vibration and motion amplification surveys. • Executing quality defect reporting & participating in RCA investigations aimed at solving equipment & system reliability issues & safety challenges. • Working with the Reliability Engineer to collect all condition-based maintenance activities/findings into Tibco Spotfire graphical trend & tracking software.
