CurrentAs a Senior Vice President within USI Insurance Services, my primary responsibility is new business development across all product lines with a concentration in real estate development, property managers, manufacturing and captives.I have spent my entire career working with the real estate and manufacturing world. My background and expertise include: 1.) Established the 1st coastal captive in South Carolina.2.) Developed master HO-6 product for HOA’s allowing HOA’s to purchase HO-6 coverage for all unit owners together at a discounted price and expanded coverage.3.) Structuring property policies and reinsurance placement for coastal property captives and addressing coverage issues that they have not been able to address before.4.) Coordinate coverage and loss control programs for HOA’s, Private Gated Communities and Manufacturing Companies.5.) Due diligence work for M&A.6.) Build 831(b) – Micro-Captives.7.) Build insurance program for large and middle market manufacturing and food product companies.8.) Helped build and market nationwide restaurant program from ground up.9.) Build specialty programs for hotel industry.
