Responsibilities include assisting families during visitations and funerals, setting up for same, creation and printing of memorial dvds, prayer cards, bookmarks, and memory books. Answering phones, assisting Funeral Directors and all other assigned duties.

- Provide efficient access control into Lake County sites by monitoring access activities and enforcing access control standards. Report Access issues in a timely manner to the appropriate levels of management. Enforce policies for displaying employee badge while on Abbott property and lead by example. Minimize daily errors in processing badge and access card requests and provide complete customer service.
