A few years ago I joined papermill Crown Van Gelder to help our customers with High Speed Inkjet presses to produce more at a higher quality (and save on Total Cost of Print)! I have been working in the graphical industry since 1995, and through various functions at different companies I have continuously increased my knowledge by taking on additional roles/tasks. My current challenge is at the Crown Van Gelder papermill in the function Sales Support and Color Management Specialist on High Speed Inkjet systems. In this function I visit (potential) customers in Europe and in North/South America. On location I will provide information or demonstrate how they can reach a higher print quality, realize cost reduction and provide a higher runnability by using the right settings, tools and paper. This is achieved by working together with all major OEMs, trials at (potential) customers and by giving presentation at various stakeholders (customers and end-customers, for example publishers).

  In the function of Technical Sales Support I work in collaboration with the sales team. I provide (potential) customers of Crown Van Gelder with the right information about our inkjet treated Crown Letsgo papers. For this I visit our High Speed Inkjet customers in Europe, North and South America to help them to understand the challenges of High Speed Inkjet, and how color management can help them overcome these challenges and improve their quality or lower their Total Cost of Print. I visit also on a regularly basis High Speed Inkjet OEMs, like Canon/OCE, HP, Ricoh, Screen, Kodak, Kyocera, to trial and to certify our new paper developments, and to discuss how we could improve quality together.
