With the commitment to provide high-quality legal assistance with a personal approach, my partner Katja Bouwens and I started Exaten Law Firm together in 2009.We are dedicated to achieving the best possible result, both short-term and long-term. This often means sound counselling and preventive work, as well as mediation and support in negotiations. This allows us to resolve cases quickly and effectively, often without a case reaching court. Within our firm, I focus on general civil practice, with labour law having my particular attention. As a member of the Netherlands Employment Lawyers Association and with more than 30 years of experience in employment law, this area of law holds few secrets for me and I can assist both employer and employee in an efficient, personable and goal-oriented manner. I assist both employers and employees in employment law matters, ranging from advice on (employment) contracts to termination issues and litigation representation. Together with clients - preferably at an early stage - I look for possibilities and pragmatic (legal) solutions. Supported by my knowledge and a wealth of experience, I work with clients to find the best solution to their question or problem.
