I was was responsible for leading and managing all aspects of this statewide organization including P & L. I also provided direct client services in classification, compensation and collective bargaining. LGPI is a statewide membership firm that offers a variety of services to 150 member cities, counties, special districts and community colleges. Services included no-cost technical assistance; classification/compensation studies; annual conference; monthly newsletters; members-only website; statewide training sessions; labor contract negotiation, analysis, consultation and arbitration/mediation; labor contract discipline grievances and arbitration's; interest/grievance arbitration; ERB matters (including ULPs and union-formation matters); job analysis/job description development; Investigation services; performance measurement system development; background checks; compensation surveys; organizational structure review and design; human resources audits; dispute resolution/mediation; policy development.

I was directly responsible for the development, presentation and administration of a $4M budget for multiple departments, divisions and cost centers within the general fund, special funds and capital construction funds.
