As a Business Development Representative at Salesforce, I am responsible for building relationships with potential and existing customers in the higher education industry. I leverage my strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as my domain knowledge in CRM to understand the needs and challenges of the Universities and to present them with the best solutions that Salesforce can offer.Before joining Salesforce in October 2023, I worked as an AML Analyst at Credit Suisse for two and a half years, where I focused on anti-money laundering, client onboarding, client risk, and regulatory compliance reviews. I applied my analytical skills and attention to detail to conduct due diligence, monitor transactions, and identify and report any suspicious or fraudulent activities. I also contributed to the improvement of the AML policies and procedures, and supported the training and development of the AML team. Prior to that, I was an Account Executive at Fisher Investments, where I gained experience in sales, customer service, and financial data.I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking and Financial Support Services from Coastal Carolina University, where I graduated in 2019. I also have a Securities, Federally Registered Investment Adviser certification issued by FINRA. I am passionate about learning new skills and technologies, and I am always looking for opportunities to grow and excel in my career.
