As a Instagram & Facebook Specialist, my responsibilities are:- Evaluate and analyze social media performance by creating monthly report. - Manage to produce content to boost marketing and organizational branding for Instagram and Facebook. - Responsible for community management to answer any questions from followers regarding to organization and product- Implement campaign guidelines and ensure each piece of content aligns with the current campaign. - Create trend report to help content team to produce content that could improve social media performanceAchievements:- Succeed to gain 5000+ followers and gain +500 likes per post- Succeed on implementing 1 B2B campaign, 3 partner campaigns, 5 national campaigns, and 4 mini-campaigns

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the internship program was held virtually for less than 4 months. During my internship experience, I learn about the following:- Production process of slurry pulp that will be used in the papermaking production process at the Fiberline Department until the packaging process or finished product-Analyzed the cooking process on the digester to find the central problem and solution to achieve the optimal results

As the Local Product Head, my responsibilities are:- Ensuring product sustainability and product awareness in Medan- Hired, coached, and led a cross-division team of 5, ranging from staff to managers in sales/marketing, HRD & International Relations- Implemented 80% Team Standards and monitored every member's performance through Personal Development Plan- Contributed to a new product launch with 17 local committees with market segmentation through qualitative and quantitative market research-Designed and maintained the LEAD Nurture strategy based on the COVID-19 situation to ensure the satisfaction and safety of customers through their product experience.
