About Rob Cambruzzi
I am the Founder and CEO of Rep’M Group, a premiere, full-service franchise development company. I grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio in an entrepreneurial family, learning the ins and outs of land development and construction from my father. After pursuing a degree in Urban Planning from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, I started my career at a land development and real estate company, eventually moving on to be the Director of Franchise Sales at Driven Brands, the leading automotive aftermarket company with over 2,800 centers across North America. I’ve always been passionate about helping younger entrepreneurs in the franchise industry and was ready to take the next step in my career. After working my way to Vice President of Franchise Development, and with my wife and kids’ support, I embarked on my own entrepreneurial journey, founding RPM, a commercial real estate project management company, in November 2017. About a year later, Jason Ryan joined me, and in 2020, Nick Sheehan joined the group. We launched franchise sales in the middle of 2019, but rebranded as Rep’M in February of 2020. And so, the Rep'M Group was born.Over the years, we have seen many franchisors and franchise sales groups struggle in growing the right way. At Rep'M, we set out to help seasoned and emerging brands to grow in a sustainable and responsible manner. We believe our approach covers all angles needed to position your brand for confident growth.
