Direct, mentor, and coach ten direct sales representatives. Responsible for establishing annual sales targets, commission plans both for direct and indirect sales attainment, key selling objectives and goal deployment projects as assigned.

Created new business development position - OEM Account Manager. Sold directly to large automotive OEM accounts in order to get hot runners specified at the molder level. Attended mold flow trials, mold samplings. Created and presented detailed technical proposals. Acted as trusted advisor to molding managers, plastics engineers and product design groups. Managed SPO dates for accurate forecasting and resource planning.
