My key functions include;• Overseeing corporate and performance reporting including the development of the Council Plan and Annual Report• Overseeing and developing organisational wide evaluation framework• Mapping the strategy landscape and provide a comprehensive organisational world view that connects strategy to risk, and community-based outcomes• Evolving the organisational strategy landscape to simplify and focus effort and resources on strategic objectives and improve cross-strategy cohesion• Evolving the organisation’s strategic and planning capabilities to an integrated and mature level• Supporting the creation of strategy documents and associated materials that are aligned to YRC content, are accessible to all stakeholders and that inspire and drive strategy understanding and engagement• Promoting and supporting the application of strategy assessment and evaluation practices and principles across the organisation• Working across the Senior Leadership group to monitor and influence strategy effort and outcomes including contemporary advancement of corporate reporting Show less
