I was responsible for the overall strategic management of a number of clients, for whom we provided a range of services including storage, fulfilment, mailings, contact centre and logistics. The key responsibilities of the role were:• New client account set-up/implementation• Managing & developing key relationships both internally and externally• Contract negotiation and renewals• Create and deliver the account strategy • Deliver new technology, cost savings and innovation• Project and campaign management• Budgeting, forecasting and achieving financial targets• Recruit, manage and develop a team of Account Managers and Account Executives• MI reporting detailing performance, developments, added value recommendations and profiling• Exploring growth opportunities and developing additional revenue streams• Trend and data analysis
