The Spook & Hallow is a new production studio founded by Rob Deene. From an early age our founder has loved to tell stories. Some of his earliest memories are of drawing pictures of his favorite Saturday morning cartoon characters and using dice to build games for his brothers. Since then he has spent his life studying film making, editing, writing, animation, illustration, web development, graphic design and the art of production. Taking all of those skills and his passion for horror, Halloween, prop making, costume building, ghosts, haunt building and just generally spooking people he brainstormed and designed four launch shows set to premiere in October 2022. His vision for the Spook & Hallow is to build a studio that allows him and other creatives like him to unleash their inner creativity and bring their stories to life. Though the Hallow is a spooky place, and our founder truly believes that life is more fun with a good scare, it's also a place for fun, passion, creativity and community. We look forward to a long life of creating haunting, hilarious, and heart warming shows for you and most of all we look forward to telling some amazing stories!

- Converted entire learning catalogue of courses to a WordPress format to meet the organizations push to modularize content allowing users to create their own curriculums.- Developed Wordpress interactions with the use of plugins to facilitate user engagement and knowledge retention requirements- Established baseline development and design standards for the Education Services department- Working in the on-site studio and at off-site locations, recorded and helmed pre and post production of a short form video series with live performances utilizing green screens, high end audio, proper lighting techniques and concise direction. The series ran for sixty episodes. - Using AI captioning software I was responsible for captioning and caption correction of videos to meet the accessibility needs of the Education Services department as well those of other departments

- Established a new visual language for for all e-learning courses to align with modern culture trends- Converted the entire course catalogue of Flash based e-learning to a web based HTML5 format - Designed and developed javascript based interactions and animation techniques for our HTML courses to encourage higher engagement and establish stronger retention- Assisted in the vetting, hiring, training and guidance of entry level team members- Responsible for updating and maintaining the e-learning course library- Developed multiple e-learning courses from storyboard to publication for an expanding product library, a growing staff and an expanding customer base- Supplied icon designs for internal support portal- Created illustrations for partner enablement and customer engagement programs
