Commercial Learning & Development Manager
Current- Developing, implementing & delivery of championing (monetized) value selling programs for the commercial organisation (serving above & below the line customers).
- In cooperation with Commercial Excellence & Business Units, developing & delivery of best-in-class commercial competencies, tools and processes, as part of the sales excellence toolbox.
- Implementing value selling philosophy in product development, in cooperation with subject matter experts and product management.
- Developing & facilitating of leadership development programme.
- Training of project management teams, to support successful implementation of changes.
- Develop instructor resources and conduct train-the-trainer workshops to prepare instructors for course delivery.
