I recently had the great pleasure of working with the wonderfully talented crew at Budget Music Videos, who have built an amazing brand around creating affordable and accessible music videos for the independent music industry. As part of Ireland Music Week, a showcasing and industry-artist networking event organised by First Music Contact and Culture Ireland, Budget Music Videos and I worked together to capture the energy and superb musical talent on offer throughout the week. We had the opportunity to sell BMV's brand to artists and industry leaders, just a few weeks after the launch of their innovative, interactive website. Below are some examples of the footage I was able to capture from the showcase of Ireland's most exciting emerging artists.My work with BMV brought me oversees at the end of October to one of the worlds greatest showcasing and music industry events; BBC Introducing...Taking more of a development and sales role, BMV set up a booth at this diverse and dynamic networking event, lasting 4 days, and sold the now consumer ready and officially launched budgetmusicvideos.co.uk. It was a pleasure to promote this company's services and innovations to musicians, creatives, labels and A&R, who were keenly interested in the business. Throughout the showcase I also wrote blog posts on budgetmusicvideos.co.uk and got to film sessions from some of the UK's up and coming stars.
