I am a young, talented, hard-working, enthusiastic, and proactive professional with solid work experience in project coordination and management within the NGO sector. I am open-minded, patient and adaptable person who posses excellent analytical skill. Furthermore, I can work in culturally diverse context with magnificent teamwork spirit and communication skill.I have Master of Science (MSc) and Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Civil Engineering from Addis Ababa University, Institute of Technology. I have gained more than 4 years of hands-on NGO/INGO experience as WASH Officer and Development Project Coordinator.In my previous WASH Officer role, I have worked with rural communities living in acute shortage of basic clean water access and sanitation to address their needs; and working as Project Coordinator, I have demonstrated my ability to plan, design, Implement and manage development programmes and projects ensuring smooth and timely implementation of project activities. Moreover, I have significant experience in community mobilization, empowerment and capacity building trainings. Currently, I am striving towards a strong career development goal and I am an open learner to obtain knowledge and strong experience in the arena of Program Planning and Management, WASH and Shelter/NFI, and further Emergency Response interventions.
