As a student researcher for the Cal Poly BRAE Department, I worked closely with a large indoor agriculture company and local engineering groups to develop and run a pilot wastewater treatment study. In this role, I received P&ID schematics, obtained parts, constructed the system, and performed routine maintenance on the system throughout testing.

Aided in the "Berry Box" project for the Cal Poly Strawberry Center with the goal of transforming a used shipping container into a functional greenhouse. Lead a small team of students in the setup of shelving and HVAC equipment, wiring and fabrication of lighting fixtures, and design and construction of plumbing systems. In addition to technical duties, I also presented the project during Cal Poly sponsored events.
