• Coordinate and facilitate enrichment programs for preschool – 8th grade including: LD/BD, mainstream, gifted and “at risk” students, ranging from one-on-one to classroom interactions • Care for drug addicted infants, special needs children, terminally and/or mentally ill adults • Interpret American Sign Language for the deaf and hard-of-hearing adults and children in classroom, medical and legal situations

• Process Spend-down claims quickly and accurately to ensure the most efficient and expedited accounting of insurance billing • Process SNAP, CASH, and Medical applications quickly and accurately to ensure the most efficient and expedited determinations are made• Handle complaints from customers, doctor offices and insurance processors, as well as, promote working with community organizations • Interview and process intake evaluations of customers

• Assist voters • Organize voting data • Uphold and enforcement of local, state and federal laws and ordinances • Train and supervise new election judges, up to twenty-five per precinct

• Supervised and educated parents in the appropriate and safe care of abused and neglected children • Supported and listened to abused and neglected children • Educated children in coping with parents who have emotional and mental difficulties
