Provided full executive support to OPM Procurement Division Director (duty location: Washington, D.C. and Las Vegas, NV) and thirteen departmental federal staff. Created and maintained tables, presentations, monthly division newsletters, weekly/monthly reports, flowcharts and correspondence utilizing internal systems and software.

Audited and reconciled over $1.8 million in premium payments for over 100,000 group policies in health insurance and benefits administration such as life, critical illness, disability and accident claims with over 300 employers. Analyzed the overall composition of the group and identified payroll and billing discrepancies, policy cancellation, non-compliance to underwriting requirements on new applications.

Pre-foreclosure adherance to timeline goals for various attorneys in 13 US states, in addition to Guam and Puerto Rico. Updated 1st Legal, Final Judgment and Notice of Sale dates and researched delays (i.e. loss mitigation, bankruptcy, loss drafts, etc.) through Catapult Electronic Referral system. Performed foreclosure document processing - ordering and assembling all loan information, records, titles, deeds, appraisals and lien information to be cleared by the integration of the ASAP system for fast procession of foreclosures. Provided customers knowledge of loan repayment plans in loss mitigation and bankruptcies upon the overflow of the call center. Corresponded with FREDDIE MAC, Fannie Mae, FHA Housing and the Veterans Administration offices to report foreclosure sale dates or status changes on bankruptcies, military duty or loss mitigation.
