I engage in a routine of recruiting activities which include but are not limited to:-Sourcing resumes on all assigned jobs using job boards, networking sites, referrals, etc. to find high-quality candidates whose skills, qualifications, and personality best match the job description specified by the client.-Utilizing knowledge of multiple sources to develop and execute efficient and cost-effective recruiting strategies for sourcing qualified candidates-Pre-screening and interviewing candidates and applying selection criteria and using behavioral interview techniques-Coordinating the interview and hiring process to include: interview scheduling, background checks, reference checks, and offer letters-Preparing documentation related to potential leads and candidate assessments; utilizing and maintaining related files and systems for tracking, analysis, and reporting purposes.
