I constructed customized portfolios for ultra-high-net worth individuals, considering lifestyle, risk aversion, tax implications, retirement, estate planning, philanthropy, and legacy objectives. I participated in client-facing meetings to assess and recommend tailored investment strategies specific to individual clients’ needs and preferences.I also helped to enhance client understating by transforming complex financial data into clear and concise information using Excel and Tableau. Lastly, I collaborated with a nationwide team of interns in a competitive setting to develop portfolio strategies for a client and presented portfolio to a panel of partners in the firm.

I participated in lecture-based sessions to gain comprehensive insight into Avonwood’s private equity business model which included deal sourcing, due diligence processes, company valuations, acquisitions, and operations.I led a team of 5 interns in a strategic project performing due diligence on a potential acquisition which included detailed financial statement analysis, revenue expense and payroll proofing, evaluating operational inefficiencies, synergies, and a leveraged buyout model.

I performed client due diligence reviews to find promising applicants and aid in credit risk management. I also assisted in the underwriting process including income, asset, and debt verification for both businesses and consumers. Further, I created a database to sort client data including demographics, income, current debt, and credit.

I interacted with leaders in the investment advisory industry and learned about key strategies to consider when beginning a venture. I completed due diligence review of an investment manager, consisting of a manager interview and a mock investment committee meeting. I also worked with a team to analyze the growth potential in eSports distribution, and presented project findings to firm management and an audience of 40 peers.
