Primarily lecturing on the MBA and Chartered Management Degree Apprenticeship programs at MMU.My primary interest lies in Business Strategy and Entrepreneurship.

I was responsible for establishing the business model for this Co-Working and serviced office business space with gym. This included the design and renovation of the premises, all marketing including writing the website, and securing new tenants.With the start up now complete, and well established tenants in place, I am able to leave this position as necessary to focus on my next challenge.

• Reporting direct to the Sales Director• New Vehicle sales in the South East in terms of both profit and volume.• The Region sold 1,986 Vans in 2005 equating to a turnover of £26,000,000• Dealer development and liaison relating to the sale of Van product. The region consisted of 16 sales points• Promotion of the Iveco Daily product• Retail and Medium sized Fleet (<100 vehicles) van customer liaison, prospecting and account management

• Responsibility for £40,000,000 Warranty & Contract expenditure Budget, £10,000,000 Contract income budget, £600,000 Functional & Initiative Budget• Reporting direct to the Customer Service Director• Team of 24 people including 2 regional managers, 3 Systems & Data analysts, 3 Team Leaders responsible for Sales & Marketing, Operations and BPR• The position included various central secondments to special projects in various countries including Germany, Holland Italy and Belgium• Project ownership of Business Process Re-engineering project. This consisted of 3 analyst/developers and a Team leader, whose objective was to process re-engineer all areas of Iveco Customer Service• Responsibility for all service related risk associated with the Iveco vehicle range in line with predetermined budget levels. This constituted any expenditure incurred against 30,000 vehicles in contractual warranty and 15,000 vehicles with a value added contract (E.g. Extended Warranty or R&M)• The Sales, Pricing, Marketing and Profitability of all Value added service contracts and extended warranties. Key accounts include Comet; Dixons; Securicor; Coca Cola; Post Office; Parcelforce.• All related Customer Relationship management and development. This involved presentations and liaison with senior purchasing and operations personnel• The co-ordination of the Iveco Franchise network in order to sell and manage the contract and warranty business• The contract management of related third party Suppliers including a £3,000,000 per annum insured warranty scheme as well as various tyre, body and ancillary equipment warranties. Key Suppliers include RAC Warranty, a Lloyds backed Insurance underwriter, Motorway Tyres, Pirelli, BOSCH, ZF.
