Managed 68 personnel staffing the Orthopedic, OB/GYN, Surgical OR, Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), Labor & Delivery and an inpatient medical ward. Ensured Joint Commission training, certifications and inpatient care standards were met. TEAM STEPPS patient safety Facilitator.Using the Composite Health Care Systems(CHCS) Database, effectively performed statistical analysis functions relating to patient tracking processes, access to care standards, and data quality/accuracy. Formulated patient tracking policies relative to efficient data analysis. Designed and developed ad hoc reports from multiple data sources, created MS Excel spreadsheets, pivot tables, graphs and MS Access database queries and reports. Performed analysis of demographic data to support catchment area and utilization analysis. Ensured data quality management through the design, collection and analysis of source data systems to identify issues that may affect timely delivery, accuracy, completeness and accessibility of data/information.
