Since then I have sold townhouses, condos and coops (and rented them) as fast as I could. I work in the West Village, Greenwich Village, SoHo, Chelsea, Tribeca and Little Italy. Active member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).-Previously in the 1980's (1985 to be exact) I switched careers to Commercial Real Estate and my first sale was a Tribeca building. From there I leased office space in Midtown and Downtown representing corporate tenants in their negotiations with Landlords. My boutique firm was The Peregrine White White Co. I was the exclusive broker for The New York Press and RD Smith, America's largest investment bank in the 1980's for "Vulture Bonds."-Previous to my real estate career I started and ran successful training and consulting company, Robert Agee Assocs., that worked with Advertising Agencies and Sales Organizations to generate sales and new clients. Previous to that I worked as a VP, account manager for major advertising agencies: J. Walter Thompson, Needham Harper & Steers and Doyle Dane Bernbach. My first sales job was with Procter & Gamble selling Tide and Mr. Clean, and I did a stint in marketing with Colgate-Palmolive working on Colgate Dental Cream.Specialties: Sales, marketing, negotiation & training.
