Brief description of daily duties:I would answer customer queries in regards to bin collections. I would analyse the vehicle rounds to make sure they're operating at maximum efficiency. I would compile reports for the local councils o any sites that we do on their behalf.I would liaise with the drivers and make sure that they're doing everything they can to get a 100% completion rate.I would answer an email queries (usually from registered brokers) in regards to new businesses and cancellation of current services.
