The BDA performs a variety of sales and administrative activities to Alston Solutions. The BDA is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of information and follow-up for existing and prospective customers. Identifies and helps to develop strategic relationships with potential customers. Assists in the development of a strong pipeline of new customers and projects in accounts through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting. Works with marketing, sales, and product development teams to implement business development initiatives. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. This position reports to the General Manager.

Answered calls and provided clients with updates on their loan modifications, or other hardship assistance programs that the company provided. Collected payments, explained government programs and how they worked. Reviewed financial documents sent in by clients for review. Advised clients on a wide range of issues to assist in making an informed decision while going through homeowners' assistance programs.

Contacted homeowners about missing financial documents needed in the loan modification process. Organized documents as they were received to ensure that underwriter made accurate decisions for the loans.
