Hire, evaluate, train, coach, and manage employees in the accounts receivable process. Implement and enforce internal cash controls. Use G.A.A.P. to manage, report, reconcile, and distribute $300 to $400 million in annual receivables. Maintain meticulous records of distributed funds by fund type, class, and revenue source. Manage, balance, and reconcile several revolving accounts. Create, reconcile, and present complex Revenue and Distribution reports monthly to Executive Management. Facilitate forecasting agency's budget by tracking and implementing the department's self-funding mechanism. Manage by approving Certificate of Purchases (CP’s) and reconciling payments to over $600 million in CP’s. Calculate highly complex and difficult payment extension requests pertaining to CP’s. Manage the Agency phone system including auditing and paying the monthly phone bill. Conduct an annual Capitol Asset reconciliation, and then create an annual report to be presented to Executive Management. Report findings and progress on all duties monthly with the Department Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prepare and account for all incoming agency transfers. Enter deposits and Intra-Agency transfers into AFIS. Ensure that any applicable State laws and Agency Policies are being followed. Manage Agency’s Motor Pool Fleet. I track and schedule maintenance for the motor pool fleet. I track mileage and coordinate the replacement of retired vehicles. Monitor gas spending and audit the monthly expenses associated with the motor pool.

Lead, supervise, train, and motivate a team of 5-10 individuals to sell all manner of bank products. Develop and implement sales plans to increase branch productivity in a cost center environment. Create and Analyze productivity reports and set goals for increasing branch productivity. Audit all branch work for quality and errors. Audit monthly employee commission reports, time sheets, and report ethical issues. Analyze credit reports to evaluate risk to company in approving loans of all amounts. Perform risk analysis in investigating fraud and forgery disputes making appropriate decisions to decrease risk to company. Assist with Branch Operating procedures such as opening, closing, balancing, and compliance with internal controls and processes.
