My main responsibilities include:Reviewing customer documentation: responsible for reviewing the documentation submitted by new and existing customers. This includes verifying the identity/POA/Payment methods of the customer, their past documents submitted and their financial history picking up on any concerns.Assessing high-risk accounts: analysing high-risk accounts, which are those customers who pose a higher risk to the organisation due to their gambling activities or financial history looking out for AML flags.Analysing new customer processes and policies: Have an understand on new onboarding process and evaluate the policies and procedures in place to ensure they comply with regulatory requirements.Studying market trends: I am responsible stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes and must evaluate how these changes impact our company and make the necessary adjustments.Observing customer behaviour patterns: A big part of my role is to identify patterns in customer behaviour that may indicate fraudulent activity or other risks to the organisation.Overall, To play a critical role in mitigating financial risk and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Also responsible for identifying potential risks, evaluating customer accounts and processes, and making recommendations for improvement.

I am responsible for observing various customer transactions to flag or identify suspicious activity. • Communicating with merchants to help solve payment issues, complaints, fraud notifications, and security incidents.• Investigate new fraud trends, synthetic identities, payment disputes (chargebacks), money laundering signals, fraud networks, organized crime, and scams.• Make data-driven decisions on refunds, account shutdowns, gateway suspensions, and bans.• Use advanced technologies to identify stolen identities, synthetic identities, stolen credit cards, and illegal activities.• Partner with multiple teams across the company to mitigate risk, fraud, and platform abuse.• Monitor queues, tickets, and alerting systems to quickly stop the fraudulent or illegal activity before it happens, and to ensure all service-level agreements are met.• Track possible security incidents, account takeovers attempts, and attempted stolen assets to find innovative ways to prevent future attacks and losses.• Keep up-to-date on industry trends and industry fraud/risk management best practices.• Work with fraud and risk management to make recommendations, changes, and adjustments to operations, policies, rule engines, and techniques to improve our team performance.

• Interview clients to determine their specific property needs.• Respond to inquiries regarding available properties, their locations and features, and benefits.• Develop referrals or/and leads through client contact and cold calling activities and perform regular follow-up activities.• Fulfil clients’ requests regarding property pricing, property maps, descriptions, and network information.• Develop strategically layered questions to determine each clients’ specific requirements.• Schedule appointments with prospective clients and create and deliver property presentations to them.• Provide clients with information on fixed ownership plans, factual ownership, and point-based plans.• Conduct and manage business transactions by thoroughly reviewing loan applications and financial documents.• Formulate strategies to analyze problems and overcome management problems.• Complete purchase summary worksheets and develop plans to minimize cancellations and provide comprehensive owner assurances.• Explain the features, advantages, and benefits of properties and advocate an appropriate amount of points to accommodate both owners and prospective owners.• Provide clients with information on financing options and assist them in obtaining them.• Create timeshare contracts and monitor them to minimize rescission decisions and ensure the timeliness of closings.• Ensure that all correlating paperwork and documentation are completed within the provided timeline.
