In conjunction with a small group of peers, I started an e-commerce company called Aurdr, legally recognized as an LLC within the state of Maryland, in which I managed our marketing approaches as well as analyzed our financial and logistical ventures. The experience I gained as the Chief Financial Officer of Aurdr, expanded not only my marketing capabilities but also my decision making and entrepreneurial skills. Aurdr is an iPhone app in which students could "Aurdr" food and products on their phone to have it promptly delivered directly to them in school on the same day. Within four months, we were able to develop a consumer base of 1,000 high school students before being disallowed to continue operations on the school campus, according to Montgomery County Public Schools.
