In response to the increasing financial and social challenges I witnessed being imposed on families via the COVID pandemic, I launched RC Family Navigations. The goal has been to give students of all ages, a quite place to do their schoolwork (primarily online school in 2020), foster a safe space to keep social friendships, encourage physical activity and provide breakfasts and lunches to allow parents to continue to work without distraction, and find their back to normalcy. In addition to collaborating with a local community church and fostering relations with contributing locals business for funding, I personally tutor children, provide tech support, communicate with parents, prepare and deliver meals, and manage all business needs from finances to inventory

As the lead client manager of ProTech Power, I managed all strategic accounts for the business, and worked additionally to generate new business. Responsible for a quota of 400k Annually. Responsible for the full end-to-end sales cycle, I managed client onboarding, project estimation,. Scheduling and fulfillment. I also advised clients on necessary permits and state inspection guidance to ensure client satisfaction and smooth delivery. I attained 107% quota in the 2020 calendar year

Following the initial sale of the project, I was responsible for on-site completion of the initial bid, consultation, scheduling, and inventory. Responsible for ongoing client satisfaction and retention.
