Primarily responsible for the development of the new facility including development of the training programme and developing an infrastructure to support the delivery. Responsibilities included day to day management of the centre, overseeing existing delivery, developing additional delivery opportunities and supporting business development.

To manage the day to day running of the electrical training department and oversee its wider development to ensure it remains at the forefront of its market. Connaught Electrical Training were a nationwide commercial electrical training provider delivering training to clients from Blue Chip Companies to Sole Traders.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the day to day running of:• 3 Fixed Training Venues at; Rotherham, Bracknell and Coventry• 9 Hotel Based Nationwide Training Venues• Onsite Training• Electrical Safe Working Audits, Training Needs Analysis and Skills Assessments

Internal Staff Training on Health and Safety and QA Systems including ISO 9001.
