My role initially was the analysis of tachographs which required accurate input of numeric data leading to generation of reports for customers. The job went on to include Customer Care including dealing with complaints, design of Excel spreadsheets reports to meet client needs, purchase, sale and stock control of tachograph stationary as well as the organisation of staff training meetings. I later moved into a supervisory role, checking and assigning other employees work.
