- Current short term tasks include: optimizing existing and creating new ad zones and campaigns, working with the graphics department for the designing of media and landing pages for internal offers, working with 3rd party affiliate programs and their offers based on our internal needs, and keeping track of and maintaining multiple budgets based on revenue generated. Development and reporting occurs between the COO, CTO, CMO, and the CFO on a daily basis as well.- A 2000% initial increase was made inside of six months for an aged network that needed much optimization. Other networks that needed less work saw (and continue to see) steady 3%-5% monthly revenue growth. Ad zone sales are also made via direct personal contacts or through ad-networks, generally based on EPC and CPM.- The internal site-checking-team, whose daily tasks include checking each and every website, tour, landing page, and member’s area under the umbrella, report all errors to the Advertising Manager. If an HTML/CSS/PHP or other development issue arises and is too in-depth to be solved immediately, the head developer is notified and worked with, restoring 100% functionality across the board.- Software and scripts used daily: AdvertPro, SAS (in-house developed ad serving script), Confluence/Jira Project Management, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.

- Daily tasks include working with existing affiliates to further optimize traffic and revenue streams, as well as providing new affiliates with network data and promotional materials, starting the relationship in the healthiest manner possible.- Upon new affiliate sign-up, contacts and credentials are thoroughly scrutinized before account approval is granted as an attempt to eliminate fraudulent or poorer-quality traffic from being sent.- Utilizing an affiliate’s use of unique sub-tracking and the firing of pixels upon user conversion allows for the fine tuning of all traffic sources, which include but aren’t limited to: search-engine, display, e-mail, and purchased, across both desktop and mobile platforms.- Payouts are adjusted when necessary based on weekly individual reporting. Doing so ensures a profitable ROI for both the affiliate and the network, allowing for a long-standing, positive relationship.

The main responsibility of the senior webmaster was both the development and maintaining of multiple niche-specific blog networks, while working with and managing multiple SEO firms and offshore writers, saw many first-page placements in top search engines. Using pop windows, ad zone placement, and custom landing pages, this targeted traffic generated was sent to a multitude of our internal sites and offers, generating revenue that hadn't previously existed. Contacts were made and held with multiple SEO firms, large traffic networks, and successful webmasters whose knowledge and information has proven beneficial.

The rebuilding of the entire video and content department from the ground up was completed, while running a farm of 15 encoding machines.
