I was Vice President, General Counsel for Klein Tools, Inc., a leading manufacturer of hand tools, fall protection equipment and other products used primarily in the electrical industry. Klein Tools has operations throughout the United States and several foreign countries. As General Counsel, I was responsible for managing all legal affairs for the Company and its affiliates.

I served as Litigation Manager of the firm's Chicago office for a full 10 year term, leading a team of attorneys handling employment litigation in federal and state courts throughout the midwest.
