Software engineer with a pure mathematics background. Previously a web developer, now building tools for epidemiology researchers at Imperial College. Helping researchers write less code and do more science. Projects include:* A web app for in-country HIV programme planning teams to generate estimates of the epidemic. Developed for UNAIDS as part of their estimates process and has been used by over 20 countries in Sub-Saharan Africa* A tool for reproducible research to help scientists organise and re-run their analyses while managing dependencies between them. Has been used in the UK COVID response for reporting to the government, a Gavi & Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation project about vaccine impact, and throughout the department for individual analyses* A tool to assist researchers to import data from disparate sources into a research database ensuring data quality through testing and review* A platform for managing data provenance and analysis workflow for an EU funded project into skeletal diseases with academic partners from the University of Manchester and Newcastle University
