Having served as a United States Marine for the past 17 years and living and working abroad for 10 years in countries including Japan, Sri Lanka, Belgium, and Chad, I bring a wealth of intercultural experience. My military experience in Japan has sought to strengthen the bilateral relationship between the United States and Japan.I graduated with a master’s degree from the International Affairs program at George Washington University.
