-Responsible for the operation of the assigned correctional facility in regards to safety and security of over 2000 inmates. -Establishing a firm communication base throughout the correctional complex between officer inmates alike. -Tasked with ensuring all training guidelines to licensing and policies are followed and kept up to date within the facility.

-Responsible for building brand name and steady revenue streams through social media initiatives and various marketing strategies. -Oversaw and was directly responsible for the experience of VIP clientele and contributed to the overall annual revenue achievement of over $6 million. -Planned, executed and resourced activities and for events such as South by Southwest, Formula 1 Racing, and Austin City Limits.

-Responsible for the customer experience of current customers and inside sales generation of new accounts totaling in sales revenue of over $31.7 million. -Led training, including quality assurance, product usage and knowledge, personnel management, and sales techniques and strategies for over 50 associates. -Worked with Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Business Development to diagnose strategies for acquiring new accounts totaling in $50,000 in reoccurring monthly revenue and marketing strategies to expand business initiatives.
