In continued service to the Biden-Harris Administration, I am Senior Advisor to the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA)'s Director of Legislative Affairs. At CISA, I drive strategic planning, Congressional engagement, stakeholder engagement, and communications in advancement of the Agency's mission: to lead the national effort to understand, manage, and reduce risk to our cyber and physical infrastructure.I recently served the Biden-Harris Administration as Senior Congressional Advisor at the U.S. Department of State, where I focus on European and Eurasian affairs and other matters. Before that, I was a consultant for Duco, a global strategy firm, where I supported government agencies, firms, corporations, and non-profits across regions, sectors, and functional areas on legislation, messaging, branding, marketing, and partnerships. My mission is to deliver policy results while establishing solid networks and partnerships, and to use my language skills in English, Spanish, and French to foster cross-cultural understanding and collaboration.
