The Greater Auburn Gresham Development Corporation's AG Health & Wellness Taskforce is dedicated to enhancing the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of community members through strategic planning and the organization of events, such as seminars and workshops. Additionally, the task force advocates for the allocation of resources to further improve community health.

•Performs administrative functions such as scheduling meetings, drafting meeting minutes, monitoring project timelines and work deliverables. •Conducts library and computer searches on clinical and administrative topics. •Collects and analyzes data related to clinical outcomes. •Collects and analyzes data related to program performance. •Conducts statistical analyses using a variety of software packages. •Assists with implementation of clinical projects. • Rotates with health care professionals to gain hands-on clinical experience. • Assists with the design and implementation of process improvement initiatives. • Assists with program evaluation. • Prepares written and oral reports and presentations that communicate necessary information. •Performs related duties as assigned

• Coordinate the daily operations and logistics for the program.• Adhere to procedures and systems that ensure orderly and timely workflow.• Maintain knowledge of current medical licensure requirements, immigration policies, ACGME accreditation and institutional requirements.• Implement and updates program databases.• Coordinate with directors and chief residents to maintain and distribute resident rotation schedules, call schedules, vacation/leave schedules, and meeting schedules.• Coordinate outside electives which include applications to hospital malpractice coverage confirmation, and evaluation forms.• Maintain confidential resident and fellow files.

- Work with the district, network and school based postsecondary transition team to create efficient marketing, communications, and outreach to students.- Contacting graduated seniors, including assisting the PTC during student postsecondary advising sessions. - Contacting postsecondary institutions or other supporting organizations to ensure graduating seniors or alumni have the resources needed to be successful in their career paths after college.- Work to build and maintain positive relationships with the postsecondary transition team and postsecondary partners.

- Design marketing content for external & internal facing communication- Contribute to the creation and implementation of a marketing plan- Data collection and analysis of engagement on social media/marketing platforms Other duties as assigned
