I performed COBOL II Programming, Systems Analysis and Technical Writing. I participated in the Y2K Conversion for the "Children's Medical Services System" and the "Alcohol and Drug Abuse System". I worked with a "Nurse Consultant" to Design, Program and Implement five new reports for the "Children's Medical Services System".

I maintained the "Legacy Systems Documentation Library".

I worked "Out of Classification" as a "DP Staff Specialist", serving as the Primary Administrative Support for a "Director of Data Processing" until his day of Retirement.

I taught Night School to Adults in the Inner City. The classes that I taught included "DP Fundamentals", COBOL Programming I and II, "Systems Analysis for Programmers", "Computer Literacy", and "Arithmetic".
