South West England - Birmingham To Cornwall

- Focused on managing training and development within Sony Centres and Associate/Independent dealer- Managing and implementing a defined product training strategy within stores, sales training and implementing merchandising and POS campaigns- Provision of support for the senior management team on the Infinite FMS/Sony Account - Aided in developing the Sony Training Academy which monitored the team’s performance- Based at home this role covered Cornwall up to Birmingham and consisted of approx. 90 Sony Centre and Independent/Associate Accounts

South/South West England

- Rejoined the Sony Dealer Support Team on completion of a 6 month secondment within the Training Department at Sony UK- Providing in-store training within National and Associate/Independent Accounts on the complete range of Sony products and technologies- Providing explanation and communication methods for key technologies,sales features and benefits - Accumulate and analyse marketing data on competitor products to produce accurate reporting- Present information in a variety of mediums to various departments within Sony UK on a monthly basis- Working from home, the area consisted of approx. 180 accounts covering a region from Cornwall across to Brighton and up to Swindon

- Producing and delivering tailored training courses for both internal and external employees on technologies, products and sales skills throughout the UK & Ireland - Training would range from 1-to-1 tuition up to conference level events and would cater for all knowledge levels- Continuous research into new technologies and technological advancements and to establish a clear and concise method to deliver this in a training / teaching environment - Setting up and preparing the training environment, both on and off sight- Working to tight schedules and deadlines
