Responsible for multiple distribution warehouses in the U.S.

Responsible for multiple distribution centers along the east coast of the U.S.

Overall management responsibility for 20+ warehouse, parts, delivery and purchasing personnel for 7 state operation in the southeastern U.S. P&L responsibility - Ensure product margins are maintained and price/cost adjustments are made as necessary. Analyze P&L and report to owners on trends and areas for improvement.Inventory Control - Management and operational responsibility for 3 warehouses in 3 states. Inventory processing and adjustments for all warehouses and service trucks. Responsible to maintain and account for $3 million inventory. Maintain Valogix inventory replenishment and Produmex warehouse management system and ensure proper inventory levels are maintained and organized to support our customer base.General SAP B1 (enterprise appilcation software) maintenance including ensuring inventory items are properly setup for automated reorder planning system. Logistics- Delivery route planning. Ensure orders are accurately picked, loaded and delivered to customers and job sites throughout GA, AL, TN, SC, NC, VA and FL. Vehicle Fleet Management of 70 vehicle fleet. DOT compliance responsible.Work closely with sales, service and accounting departments to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
