Looking for more opportunities to use past experience, either as an Adviser to senior management or as an active Angel Investor, using personal funds to help accelerate growth.After a 25yr ‘apprenticeship’ working in large corporates, I fulfilled a long held ambition to set up, grow and thereafter sell my own management consultancy, focusing on corporate real estate. The enterprise was carefully built on pre-identified characteristics that clearly differentiated the business to optimise it’s market appeal and eventual sale price.The business evolved from home dining table to offices in London and Singapore, providing plenty of valuable lessons along the way. Assignments covered a diverse range of high value operational situations, across a variety of sectors. Clients included: Shell; Honeywell; Royal Mail; Rolls Royce; BP; National Grid; Essentra; Travelex; Rentokil-Initial etc.Since leaving full time positions in the corporate world, recent roles and investments have included:1. Pocket Enterprises Ltd - Second round investor in a ‘pop-up’, reusable coffee cup. Production started in 2018.2. Assure Consulting Ltd - Business Adviser to the founder of the UK’s leading independent property cost refund specialist.3. Eskdale LLP - First & second round investor in a growing property portfolio, including a range of development opportunities.
