Over the course of more than 20 years’ experience in commercial roles, with an increasingly strategic focus, I have grown my professional practice to include design and execution of construction projects and business development strategies, oversight of high-performing teams and efficient operations, as well as continuous improvement in volatile markets. With multiple disciplines over numerous industries, I have developed my role from leading Hand to Project Manager/ Director, where I have spearheaded change to deliver projects within the business, which has seen us adapt to and survive the post-GFC market where many of our competitors have not. Key amongst these strategies has been a comprehensive evaluation of scope and milestones of the business to better align with the organisations objectives. Further, I have led a focus on quality in our direct client interactions so that organisations standards are reflected in all our communications with the delivery of the project. Underpinning this work are a suite of new technical support systems and procedures I have rolled out, including multiple project alignment. Which both allow my team to better manage complex projects with positive outcomes, delivered substantial performance uplifts in terms of client retention. I am a highly motivated person driven to achieve corporate objects and goals. i am proficient across multiple disciplines from subsea, Bridges, Dams, High-rise construction and Mechanical construction. I have project / Construction managed Infrastructure projects and Fabrication workshops for Mining / Plant Projects / Oil and Gas. I am wanting to join a positive team with clear objective to achieving Project success and dominating the industry of choice, my passion is to create extra work through client relationships and proven project success.
