I am a Graduate of Southern Connecticut State University, with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with minors in Exercise Science and Psychology. I have completed multiple internships in the fitness and healthcare field. My first three years of college were focused on Exercise Science, learning the anatomy and physiology of the human body; which will give me a smooth transition into the healthcare field. My first internship was completed at BreakOut athlete, a Strength and Conditioning/Personal training facility. This internship gave me experience in instructing exercise, motivating athletes, and leadership. My second internship was completed at a Hartford Healthcare physical therapy clinic.
